Our classes

The practices of mediation, martial arts and QiGong are fantastic keys to unlocking greater health and relaxation. They are also well known for improving mindfulness and concentration.

All classes are run in the Pathways Studio Space – no bookings required – just turn up.

Meditation and mindfulness

Meditation has been shown to improve stress levels and to reduce the impact of modern living. Daily meditation can increase one sense of peace and calm.
Allen has comprehensively studied meditation since he was 14 years old, training under Buddhist monks, Taoist Sifu, Sufi Masters, and Zen teachers.

Traditional Martial Arts

Koryu Budo martial arts are the oldest form of martial art in Japan. Century’s old, these ancient arts have their roots in Mikkyo Buddhism.
Allen started his martial arts training in Bujinkan Ninjutsu. At 18 years of age, he attained a 1st Dan Black Belt at the Tattoli Dojo in Newcastle, NSW.

Qigong

QiGong (literally life-energy cultivation) is a centuries-old system of coordinated postures and movements, breathing, and meditation. It is used for recreation, exercise, relaxation, preventive medicine, self-healing, alternative medicine, meditation, self-cultivation, and training for martial arts..

Yoga

Discover the joy of gentle yoga practice, calming breathing meditations and soothing relaxation. Our classes are designed to be accessible to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi looking to enjoy the collective energy of group practice.

Monday

Qigong/meditation classes with Adeline
10 to 11.30am at the Wallaroba Hall – $20/class NB: This class is not held on site but at the Wallaroba hall, 10 minutes drive from Pathways studio.

Yoga classes with Anne 6 to 7pm by donation

Kobudo traditional Japanese martial arts

7 pm to 830pm

QiGong classes with Allen 8 am to 9 am
