Welcome to Self-Care Sunday
🌿 What to Expect
This 90-minute session begins with gentle breathwork (pranayama) to steady the mind and bring awareness to the body. We’ll explore the balance between left and right, yin and yang, and the cooling and warming energies that flow through movement and stillness. Through a sequence of accessible yoga postures (asana) and a guided relaxation meditation, you’ll experience a gradual return to balance — feeling centred, calm, and restored.
🌿 What to bring:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing — it doesn’t need to be ‘yoga gear’, just something you can move and relax in. Your body may cool down during relaxation, so bring a jumper. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket and an eye pillow for extra comfort.
🌿 Mats and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
