Welcome to Self-Care Sunday
🌿 What to Expect
Our practice will include gentle, grounding yoga focusing on chest-opening postures to create space through the ribcage and release lingering winter heaviness. We’ll also be practice pranayama (gentle breathwork), and we’ll be finishing with deep rest in Yoga Nidra — a lying-down relaxation practice to leave you feeling refreshed, open, and renewed.
🌿 What to bring:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing — it doesn’t need to be ‘yoga gear’, just something you can move and relax in. Your body may cool down during relaxation, so bring a jumper and socks. You’re also welcome to bring a blanket and an eye pillow for extra comfort.
🌿 Mats and bolsters are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
